About Jougi Online
A free web-based utility that instantly displays an accurate, 1:1 actual-size ruler on smartphone and PC screens.
Service Mission & Vision
"I need to measure something right now, but I don't have a physical ruler." In countless everyday situations like this, Jougi Online (JougiOnline.com) provides the fastest, simplest, and most accurate solution directly in your browser.
By eliminating the friction of app downloads, mandatory account sign-ups, and forced video ads, we deliver an ultra-responsive utility that lets you start measuring within 3 seconds of opening the URL.
Background & Problem Solving
From listing items on marketplace apps to DIY crafting and checking product dimensions before ordering online, the need for quick mm-accurate measurements happens constantly in daily life.
The "96 DPI Problem" in Legacy Ruler Sites
Legacy online ruler websites assume the outdated desktop PC standard of "96 CSS pixels = 1 inch". Modern high-density smartphones (iPhone, Galaxy, Xperia) and Retina laptops have pixel densities between 300 and 460+ PPI. As a result, older ruler sites render at less than half or one-third of their true physical size.
Jougi Online solves this screen density gap through automated physical dimension calculation based on CSS resolution and Device Pixel Ratio (DPR), combined with millimeter-accurate calibration using everyday coins and cards for true 1:1 scale.
4 Core Distinguishing Features
